Disconnect an Instagram account. In FeedPilot: Settings → Platforms → tap the account → Remove. Or in Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → remove FeedPilot, which makes the stored access token useless at once.
Delete everything. Email hello@feedpilot.me from the address you use with FeedPilot, naming your brand or Instagram username. We delete your brand and everything stored with it (connected accounts and tokens, products, photos, drafts, posts, and your audience's comments and messages) within 7 days, and confirm by reply.
If you commented on or messaged a brand that uses FeedPilot, email us with the brand's name and your username, and we delete your comments and messages from our records within 7 days. The brand may still keep its own copy on Instagram.
