What feedpilot is. feedpilot is a publishing tool: a business connects its own social accounts, and feedpilot publishes the posts that business has reviewed and approved.
What we store. For each connected Instagram professional account: its numeric account ID, its username, and the access token Instagram issues when the account owner approves the connection. Tokens are stored on our server, used only to publish the account owner's own approved content and to read basic account status, and refreshed on schedule.
What we do not collect. No follower lists, no messages, no comments, no insights, no data about any person other than the connected account itself. We do not sell, share, or transfer any data to third parties. Published content goes only to the platforms the business connected.
Retention and deletion. Credentials are kept only while the account stays connected. See data deletion for how to disconnect and erase them.
