Terms of Service

Who we are. FeedPilot is provided by Masoud Pourhasan, a sole proprietor in Sweden. Contact: hello@feedpilot.me.

The service. FeedPilot drafts social-media posts for a business from the products, offers and brand settings that business enters, publishes the posts the business approves to the accounts it has connected (Telegram and Bale channels, Instagram professional accounts), and, if the business turns it on, helps answer comments and direct messages.

Who may use it. FeedPilot is for businesses and professionals, not consumers. You must be allowed to run your business, own or be authorised to manage every account and channel you connect, and not be a person or entity named on an EU or UN sanctions list.

Your account and content. Everything you enter (products, prices, offers, photos, brand text) stays yours; FeedPilot uses it only to draft and publish your posts and answers. You are responsible for what you approve and for what you let FeedPilot send by itself. Do not use FeedPilot for anything unlawful, misleading or spammy, or against a platform's rules.

AI drafts. Drafts and suggested replies are written by an AI model and can be wrong. Check them before you approve them. If you let FeedPilot answer by itself, make clear to the people writing to you that answers may be automatic.

Publishing. Nothing is published unless your approval mode allows it: manual (you tap Publish), veto (a post goes out after a delay you set unless you drop it), or auto (you chose immediate publishing). You can pause posting or disconnect an account at any time.

Fees. FeedPilot is free during early access. Before any paid plan applies to you, its price is shown in the bot, and nothing is charged without your agreement.

Processing on your behalf. For the personal data of your audience (comments, direct messages, and the answers sent to them), you are the controller and we are your processor, under Article 28 GDPR:

Third-party platforms. Publishing to Instagram, Telegram and Bale is also subject to those platforms' own terms. FeedPilot uses only the permissions you grant.

Availability and liability. FeedPilot is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid for the service in the last twelve months, if any, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Ending. You may stop using FeedPilot at any time and have all your data deleted (see Data Deletion). We may suspend a brand that breaks these terms or a platform's rules.

Changes. Material changes to these terms are announced in the bot before they take effect.

Law. Swedish law applies, and disputes go to the Swedish courts.
