FeedPilot manual

How to run your channel with FeedPilot, in the same words you see on its buttons.

How FeedPilot works

FeedPilot writes your channel's posts. You decide which ones go out.

  • Every day, at the time you choose, new drafts arrive in your drafts inbox.
  • Each draft looks exactly as your readers will see it. You publish it, change it, or drop it.
  • A published post goes to every channel you connected, all at once.

/menu opens your workshop: the day's work on one screen. At the top it says whether posting is on, when the next drafts come and what today holds.

  • ▶ Draft today's posts, ✍️ Post, ⚡ Special — today's drafts made now, a post you write yourself, a post outside the plan.
  • A waiting draft — one of today's drafts still waiting for you; a tap jumps to it.
  • 🗂 Assignments, 📊 Today — what you asked to be written, and every draft of the day.
  • ⏸ Pause, ▶ Resume — posting off, and on again.
  • 🗓 Plan, 🧱 Structure, 🎨 Style — when posts come, what a post is made of, how its pictures look.
  • 📝 Content — what the posts are about.
  • 📡 Publishing — when posts come, how many, and who approves them.
  • ⚙️ Settings — where posts go, and how they look.
  • 🔎 Search, 📖 Manual — find any setting by a word, or open this manual.
  • 🖥 Web — the same work on a page in your browser, opened signed in as you.

A screen opened from here goes back here with « Back. Each door is also a command you can type: /today, /content, /publishing, /settings. /help opens this manual.

Connecting your channels

Nothing can be published until at least one channel is connected. Open ⚙️ Settings→🔗 Platforms.

Telegram

  1. In Telegram, open your channel, go to Administrators, and add the bot as an administrator that can post messages.
  2. In 🔗 Platforms, tap ➕ Telegram.
  3. Forward any post from your channel to the bot, or send the channel's @username.

Instagram

  1. Your Instagram account must be a professional account (Business or Creator). You can switch in the Instagram app, under Account type and tools.
  2. In 🔗 Platforms, tap ➕ Instagram. The bot sends you a link.
  3. Open the link, log in to Instagram, and tap Allow. The link works only once.

To stop posting to a channel, tap it in 🔗 Platforms, then tap ✖ Remove. ➕ Another channel adds a second channel on a platform you already use.

Reviewing a draft

Each draft arrives as the post itself, with buttons under it. What you see is what readers see.

  • 👀 Review — marks the draft as read, so your team knows it was checked.
  • ✏️ Edit — opens a menu for the text:

◦ ✏️ Change words — send the sentence as it is now on one line, and what it should become on the next line. Many pairs can go in one message. Or: reply to the post quoting the sentence — hold it, pick Reply, select the words — and send only what they should become.
◦ 📜 Add background — the bot adds what came before the news.
◦ 🔎 Add analysis — the bot adds, at the end, what the news likely means. Those two belong to a channel's posts: a shop's post is a product, with no news before it and none after it, so it is not offered them.
◦ ➕ Explain more, ➖ Explain less — the same news, with more or less explanation.
◦ 📏 Lengthen, ✂️ Shorten — a longer or a shorter text.
Each one rewrites the title too. Numbers, links, the date, the source and the hashtags stay as they are. If the bot adds a new number or date, it lists it so you can check it. A post in several languages gets the same change in each unpublished one. « Back shows the post's buttons again.

  • 🗑 Drop — the draft is not published. You can say why, and the next drafts learn from it.
  • 🎞 Media — pictures, a video, or 🎬🖼 Carousel (video and pictures) in one album; 🔀 Order sets the order of them all, and 🔝 Cover puts one first; the first carries the logo. On Instagram a video alone is a Reel, both a carousel.

◦ 🖼 Pictures — under 🔄 Replace, 📤 New picture — send a photo takes the photo you send next from your phone and 🔗 New picture — reply with a URL takes one that is already on the web, beside 🤖 Find a new image, ✍️ Describe the picture and a re-render under today's rules; 🔢 How many sets how many pictures the post carries, and with two of them 🎯 Placement chooses which part of each one shows; 🔍 Focus marks the part a picture must always show. 🆕 Newer saved picture swaps a saved picture for a newer one, for good.
◦ 🎬 Video — 🔎 The source's video uses the source's own clip. 📤 Send a video takes a file; 🔗 Video link, a page that plays it. ✍️ Describe the video finds a free clip from your words. ✂️ Cut off the bottom strip removes a name stamped at the bottom. 🖼 Use pictures instead puts the pictures back.
◦ ↩️ Back to the media as staged — the pictures or video the post first had.

  • 📤 Publish — the post goes out now.
  • 📡 Telegram · Instagram — the last row shows where this post goes. Tap it to turn a platform off or on for this post. Remember for later posts makes your choice the default. 👁 Preview, beside it, puts under the draft what each of those platforms will show: its own picture, and its caption as its readers will read it. Nothing is sent. Publish within the hour and exactly what you saw goes out. A video takes a minute. Previewing is never required.

📤 Publish All, under the day's drafts, publishes every draft you have not dropped.

Dropped one by mistake? Its button then reads Dropped — tap to undo.

In Veto mode, each draft shows when it publishes by itself; drop or edit it before then to stop it.

Once published, 📱 Story makes its story; 📦 Stories, each language's; 🔁 Draft again redrafts it. On a story waiting to go out, 😀 Stickers puts words, emojis and stickers anywhere on it. 😀 Reel stickers does the same on its Instagram Reel.

A post longer than a platform holds arrives with a message under it: the rest of the text, a ✂️ line where each platform stops. On Telegram, the post then links to the whole text.

After a post is published, a ↗ button for each place it went opens the post there. If a platform did not take it, a note under the post says why.

Today

/today

📊 Today lists the day's drafts and what happened to each one: waiting for review, approved, published or dropped. It also shows when the next drafts will come.

▶ Make today's drafts now makes the day's drafts straight away, without waiting for the posting time. They arrive in your drafts inbox within a few minutes. With no channel connected yet, they wait there until you connect one.

⚡ Special post stages a post outside your plan, right away. Pick 🔴 Breaking, ⭐ Special or 📰 Extra for one post, or 📣 Campaign for one subject in a short series, one post a day. Send what it is about, a link or a few words, and a photo if you have one. Breaking and Special show their label above the title and carry its hashtag; an Extra looks like any other post. A campaign that is still going is listed on this screen: tap it to see how far it has come. ⏹ Stop the campaign cancels the posts not made yet.

✍️ Post is a post you wrote yourself. You do not even need the menu: send the bot a photo or a video with the text as its caption, and it becomes a draft. Send the text, or a photo or a video with the text as its caption, and it lands in your drafts inbox like any other draft: publish it there and it goes to every connected channel at once. A shop's post takes its hashtag from its words: an offer when they say so, a product otherwise. A creator taps what it is. The bot adds only the hashtag line, your signature and a shop's ordering line. Where your posts open with a title, the first line is the title. With a posting time set, the bot then asks When?: now, or one of the next posting days.

🛒 Pick products (a shop) shows the products that are ready to go. Tap one to pick it; picks go out first at the next run, one a day, and ▶ Draft the picks now makes all of them right away.

  • 🔴 Breaking, ⭐ Special — one post outside the plan, right away, with that label above its title.
  • 📰 Extra — one post outside the plan, right away, looking like any other post.
  • 📣 Campaign — one subject in a short series, one post a day, until it is done or stopped.
  • ⏹ Stop the campaign — cancels the posts of the campaign that are not made yet; the ones already out stay.
  • 📣 Announcement, 💡 Guide, 🧭 Explainer, 💡 Tip — what your own post is; it carries that kind's hashtag.
  • ✅ / ⬜ A channel — switches posting to this channel off or on. A channel that is off gets no posts until you switch it on again, and the other channels go on as before.
  • 🔒 Telegram — Telegram always gets your posts, so it cannot be switched off here.
  • A number of posts — sets how many posts the campaign has. Then you send what it is about: the first post is made right away, and the rest come one a day at your posting time.
  • 📣 A running campaign — opens the campaign, to see how many of its posts are out, or to stop it.
  • ▶ Now — your own post goes to your drafts inbox right away.
  • A posting day — keeps your own post until that day's posting time; then it reaches your drafts inbox with the day's other drafts.
  • 📅 Planned posts — your own posts waiting for their day, soonest first. Tap one to read it or delete it.
  • A planned post — shows the post and the day it is made.
  • 🗑 Delete and 🗑 Yes, delete — delete the planned post, after one more tap; it is never made.

Content

/content

📝 Content is what your posts talk about. You can leave all of it empty; the bot then writes about the subjects you chose in ⚙️ Settings→🏷 Brand.

📝 Assignments

Something you want covered. Without assignments, the bot picks from your subjects.

  • ➕ Add — send a link, or a few words on what to cover, in one message. Then send a photo, or tap Skip and the bot finds pictures itself. The assignment goes into the next batch of drafts.

Tap an assignment to open it.

📝 Draft

  • ▶ Post now — makes a draft of it right away. It arrives within a few minutes, for your approval.
  • 📅 Pick a day — schedules it for the day you choose. Good for a topic that belongs to a date.

✏️ Edit

  • ✏️ Text — changes the link or the words. Send them again in one message.
  • 🖼 New photo — replaces its photo.
  • 🗑 Delete — removes the assignment. A post already made from it stays in your channel.
  • Today — the brief is for today's issue.
  • Next issue — the brief is for the next run, whenever it is.
  • 🗑 Yes, delete — removes the brief; a post already made from it stays.
  • An assignment — opens the assignment, to draft it now, pick its day, edit it or delete it.
  • A day — schedules the assignment for that day.
  • 🔎 Find in this list — shown once the list is longer than a page: send a few words, and only what has them is listed. ✖ Show all brings the whole list back.

📡 Sources

Where the bot looks for news. Without sources, it searches your subjects on its own.

  • ➕ Add — send anything the bot should follow: a website or any link from it, a Telegram channel (@name), a YouTube channel, an Instagram, X or TikTok account, or a few words to search. The bot works out how to follow it and tells you: read before every run, or searched every run when a site or an app gives nothing to read.
  • Tap a source to pause it or delete it.
  • 🔄 Fetch now — reads your sites and channels now, and shows how many new items each has.
  • ⏸ Pause — the source is kept but not read.
  • ▶ Resume — the source is read again.
  • 🗑 Delete — removes the source.
  • 🗑 Yes, delete — confirms it; the source is gone, and posts already made from it stay.
  • A source — opens the source, to pause it or delete it.
  • 🔎 Find in this list — shown once the list is longer than a page: send a few words, and only what has them is listed. ✖ Show all brings the whole list back.

🧭 Beats

Your regular themes, each with a number of posts a week. The bot fills the ones furthest behind first. Without beats, it picks freely within your subjects.

  • ➕ Add — makes one of your subjects a beat, or lets you name your own. You set its number of posts a week on its card.
  • ✏️ My own name — type a name for a new beat. For example: Weekly roundup, or Café review.

Tap a beat to open it:

  • 🔢 Per week — how many posts a week this beat gets. The bot keeps count and brings forward the beats that are behind.
  • ✏️ Rename — changes its name.
  • ⏸ Pause — leaves the beat out for a while. Its settings are kept.
  • ▶ Resume — brings a paused beat back.
  • 🗑 Delete — removes the beat.
  • 🏷 Hashtags — the hashtag a post under this beat carries, per language.
  • 🗑 Yes, delete — removes the beat; posts already made keep their hashtag.
  • A beat — opens the beat, to change its posts a week, its name or its hashtags, or to pause or delete it.
  • A language's hashtag — changes this beat's hashtag in that language. Send the new one.
  • 🔀 Beats a week, at least — sets the fewest different beats a week. The bot spreads the posts so that at least that many are covered, and No minimum sets none.
  • A subject — makes that subject a beat. You set its number of posts a week on its card.
  • 🔎 Find in this list — shown once the list is longer than a page: send a few words, and only what has them is listed. ✖ Show all brings the whole list back.

📖 Glossary

Words that must always be written the same way. Add the names, spellings and wording you prefer here.

  • ➕ Add — asks for the word, then exactly how it should be written. Last, you can write a note for the bot, for example why, or when not to use it. No note? Tap Skip.

Tap an entry to open it:

  • ✏️ Wording — changes how the word must be written. Every new post uses the new wording from then on.
  • ✏️ Note — changes the note for the bot.
  • 🗑 Delete — removes the entry. The bot then writes that word as it sees fit.
  • 🗑 Yes, delete — removes the term; posts already made are not changed.
  • An entry — opens the entry, to change its wording or its note, or to delete it.
  • 🔎 Find in this list — shown once the list is longer than a page: send a few words, and only what has them is listed. ✖ Show all brings the whole list back.

🕒 Freshness

How old a story may be when its post goes out, and how early a rule may be posted.

  • A number of days — a news post is at most this many days old on the day it goes out. Older stories are left out, however good they are.
  • A look-ahead — rules and decisions may also be posted up to this many days before they start to apply, however long ago they were decided. With no look-ahead, they go out only by the date they were decided.

🚦 Status labels

For a channel that reports rules and decisions: the legal state a post is about, such as in force, decided or proposed. A post carries a status label only when it is about a rule, and the bot picks the one that fits.

  • ➕ Add — asks for the name of a new status label, for example In force or Proposed.
  • A status label — tap it to delete it. You are asked first.
  • 🗑 Yes, delete — removes the status label. Posts already made keep theirs.

📜 Editorial policy

Your own rules for the channel, in your own words: who it is for, the voice, what to cover and what to avoid. The engine reads them before every issue. Where they differ from your settings in this menu, the settings win.

  • 📄 Get it as a file — sends your policy as a text file, to read or edit on your computer.
  • 📤 Replace it — puts new words in place of your policy. In the bot, send them as a text file (.md or .txt). On the web page, edit them in place and save. Your settings stay as they are.

📨 Make a draft of this

Forward a post to the bot, or paste a text, with no question open, here or in your drafts channel, and the bot makes a draft of it. A short line is still a search of the menu. If you run several brands, the bot first asks which one it is for. Every step has « Back, and ✖ Cancel ends it.

  • ✅ Keep it, 🔁 Send other media — when it came with pictures or a video: keep them for the post, or send your own and tap ✅ Done.
  • 🔎 Let the bot find a picture, 🚫 No picture or video — or the bot looks for one, or the post goes without.
  • 🌐 Every language, Next » — which of your languages it goes out in.
  • ✍️ As it is: my words, unchanged — your words exactly, in each language you picked.
  • 🤖 The bot writes it from this — the bot writes it in each language, from what you sent and its source.
  • 💬 It's an instruction: the bot runs it — what you sent is a request, not the post's words: the bot finds what it asks for and writes the post. A short request typed with nothing open gets 🤖 Write a post from this.
  • 💬 Add an instruction — what the bot should take into account: what to look for, what to stress or leave out, the picture, the tone. It follows each one in its search and its writing. Words typed on a step that asks for none count too, and « Back takes the last one back. It can change the video too: the part to keep (0:12 to 0:40), vertical or square, no sound. A video on YouTube, Vimeo or Instagram comes as the file you send: those sites turn our server away.
  • 📰 News, from its source — a news post, when what you sent names its source.
  • 📎 I will send one — you send the picture or video for it.
  • ▶ Draft now, 📅 Schedule — the draft right away, or on a day you pick. They appear as soon as the draft can be made, and stay.

Publishing

/publishing

📡 Publishing is when posts come, how many, and who approves them. Where they go is set in ⚙️ Settings.

On a channel in more than one language, each language of a story is staged right under the other, and 📦 Publish sits beside 📤 Publish while the same story still waits in another language. It publishes every language of it at once, this one first; the button names the languages that will go (📦 Publish EN + FA). A story made from such a post has the same button: the story in every language still waiting goes out at once. The same 📦 reaches every language from four more places: beside 👀 Review it marks every waiting language reviewed (📦 👀 EN + FA); beside ✅ Confirmed — tap to undo under a post chosen for publishing it brings every chosen language back; and under the platforms button (📡) it gives every language the same platforms, or, beside 👁 Preview, shows every language's preview. Changing words and a story's headline stay one language at a time, because what you type is in one language. Making the stories works the same way: once the post is out, 📦 Stories beside 📱 Story makes the story card in every language that has none yet, and names them (📦 Stories EN + FA); 📱 Story alone makes only this language's. Whatever you press on one language shows on the others straight away. A post with no picture of its own gets a note under each language when Instagram will not take it without one; with the story waiting in another language too, 📦 🔗 The link's picture sends every language with the picture its source's link shows (📦 🔗 The link's picture EN + FA), and 📦 🖼 My background sends them all on your own background.

After 📤 Publish, Telegram gets the post first and the button answers then; the other platforms follow on their own. Until one is live, the post shows ⏳ with its name, and then its ↗ button.

A story whose clip runs past a minute goes out as several stories of up to 60 seconds, one after another, and a shop's post with several pictures gets a story for each picture; a creator's two pictures share one story card. The other parts wait under the story's card, marked 📚 2/6 and on, and 📤 Publish sends them all, in order.

🗓 Plan

When drafts come, and how many. Tap a line to change it:

  • 📆 Posts per day — how many drafts each day brings. More drafts means more to review, and you can drop any you do not want.
  • 🕒 Posting time — when the drafts arrive, in your own time. Pick an hour, and the drafts are ready around then.
  • ⏹ No daily run — stops the daily drafts. You can still make them from 📊 Today.
  • 📅 Days — the days of the week that bring drafts. Tap a day to turn it on or off.
  • 🌍 Timezone — the time zone you are in. The posting time follows it.
  • ⏸ Pause posting — no new drafts until you tap ▶ Resume posting.
  • A number a day — sets how many drafts each day brings, from the next run.
  • About, At least, At most — sets how the number a day is kept: about that many, at least that many, or at most that many, so quiet days bring fewer.
  • An hour — picks the hour the drafts arrive. Next, you pick the minutes.
  • Minutes — saves the posting time with these minutes. The next drafts arrive then.
  • ✅ / ⬜ A day — turns drafts on or off for that day of the week. The last day stays on: to stop, use ⏸ Pause posting.
  • A timezone — sets the time zone you are in. The posting time follows it.

✅ Approval

Who publishes, and when.

  • Manual — nothing goes out until you tap 📤 Publish. The safest choice while you get to know the drafts.
  • Veto — a draft publishes itself after 15, 30 or 60 minutes, unless you drop or edit it first. Each draft shows the time it will go out.
  • Auto — drafts go out as soon as they are made. Choose it only once the drafts need no changes.

🧩 Formats

Extras on top of the normal posts. Tap one to turn it on or off:

  • 🖼 Story cards — turns story cards on or off. When on, posts also come as Instagram story cards, each story card arrives as a draft of its own, and a post you publish gets its story card made right away.
  • 📰 Weekly long read — opens its day, to pick one or turn it off. Once a week, a longer piece on the week's most important subject. It is the only post with a link preview.
  • 🗞 Weekly roundup — opens its day, to pick one or turn it off. Once a week, a short recap of your own posts, in three to five lines.
  • ✖ Turn off — stops that weekly format. Picking a day turns it on again.
  • A day of the week — sets the day this weekly post comes out, and turns it on.
  • A number a week — sets how many long reads come each week. Every day means one a day.

Settings

/settings

⚙️ Settings is where your posts go, how they look, and how the bot works with you.

🧭 Setup

Five quick questions after you were approved: where posts go, what they are about, when they arrive, who approves them, and the tone. Every one can be skipped; a skipped one keeps a sensible default, and a post still arrives every morning. Until it is done, ▶ Continue setup sits on the menu. To change an answer later, tap 🧭 Setup in Settings, or send /setup.

  • Make it mine ▶ — starts the five questions, one message at a time.
  • Skip all, use these — keeps every default: one post a day at 09:00, you approve each, a warm tone. You can change any of them later.
  • ▶ Continue setup — opens the next question you have not answered yet.
  • ➕ Another channel — connects a second channel on a platform you already use.
  • 🌅 Morning 09:00, ☀️ Noon 12:00, 🌆 Evening 18:00 — when the day's post reaches you.
  • 🕒 Another time — opens the full hour picker.
  • ✅ I approve each post — nothing goes out until you tap Publish on it.
  • ⏱ Post after 30 min unless I stop it — a draft publishes itself half an hour after it arrives, unless you drop or edit it first.
  • 📷 Send a logo — your mark on every card; send it as a picture, square if you can.
  • Next ▶ — goes on to the next question.
  • Done ▶ — keeps what you picked on this question and goes on.
  • 🧭 Summary — every answer on one screen; tap a row to change it.
  • ✏️ Subjects — reopens that question so you can change the answer.
  • ✏️ Approval — reopens that question so you can change the answer.
  • ▶ Make my first post now — drafts your first post right away instead of waiting for the posting time.
  • ⏰ Wait for — leaves the first post to the posting time shown.
  • ✅ / ⬜ A subject — adds this subject to what your channel covers, or takes it off.
  • ✏️ A row — reopens that question, so you can change its answer.
  • Warm, Formal or Playful — sets the tone of every post. The next drafts use it.
  • A platform — connects a channel on that platform. The bot tells you each step.
  • 🌍 Several countries — your channel reports on more than one country, so any flag may be used.
  • ✏️ Another country — type the country's name, in any language.
  • A country — your channel reports on this country only; its flag is left off posts about its own news.
  • 🔁 Channel type — while the setup is open, switches the channel between a shop and your own content, if you picked the wrong one at sign-up. Your posts and entries stay; the menus, the defaults and the setup's next step change. It is not fully reversible, so it takes three taps and says what you lose first.
  • Switch to the other type — shows what you lose and what you get, before anything changes.
  • I understand, continue — goes on to the last check, which says what cannot be undone.
  • ✅ Yes, switch — the third tap: makes the switch. The same message becomes a progress card that ticks off each step; after the bot restarts it says how it ended and what to do next, with a button that takes you there. If a step fails, everything is put back and it says where it stopped.
  • 📄 My editorial guidelines, 📰 Published posts, 🛍 Product list — on the first warning: a copy of each, sent as a file, before anything changes. The product list is a shop's.
  • 🚀 How to start — after the setup's last step: a shop's routine in five short cards, with the way to every screen. It stays on the menu afterwards.

🔗 Platforms

The channels your approved posts go to. Every approved post goes to all of them at once.

  • ➕ Telegram — connects a Telegram channel. First make the bot an administrator of your channel, with permission to post. Then forward any post from the channel to the bot, or send its @username.
  • ➕ Instagram — connects a professional Instagram account. The bot sends a link: open it, log in to Instagram, and tap Allow. The link works once.
  • ➕ Bale — on a Persian channel only: connects a Bale channel. Make the bot an administrator there, then send the channel's @username.
  • ➕ Another channel — adds a second channel on a platform you already use. The same approved posts go to it too.

Tap a connected channel to open it:

  • ✏️ Change — connects a different channel in its place. The steps are the same as connecting.
  • ✖ Remove — posts stop going there. The bot asks you to confirm, and you can connect it again any time.
  • 🏷 Tag on the cover — on an Instagram account: up to 5 accounts tagged on every post's cover, its picture or its Reel, and on every story's first part. The account the posts are published by is left out: tagging itself adds nothing to its profile.
  • 🏷 Another account of yours — tags the brand's other connected Instagram account on this account's covers too, in one tap: the posts then show on that profile's Tagged tab.
  • 📍 Location — on an Instagram account: the place shown on every post. Instagram takes no location on a story. Instagram knows a place by its Facebook Page, so send the link of your shop's Page (one with its address), or its id. If Instagram refuses a tag or the place, the post goes out without them and the account's screen says so.
  • 🎵 Music goes — in a shop: where a product's music goes on Instagram, for every product that does not choose its own. The choices are on the Music page.
  • ▶ Continue setup — back to the setup questions, once your channel is connected.
  • ✖ Yes, remove — disconnects that channel; nothing is posted there any more, and you can connect it again any time.
  • ✅ A connected channel — opens that channel, to change it or remove it.

🌐 Languages

Every post is written in each of these languages separately, never translated.

  • ➕ Add a language — from the next batch, every post is written in it too. It is written on its own, not translated. Then connect a channel for it in 🔗 Platforms.
  • 🗣 Bot language — the language the bot speaks to you: menus, cards, notices and the web page. It can differ from the languages you publish in. Your posts keep their own languages, and each draft's buttons stay in the draft's language.
  • 📅 Calendar — which calendar dates are shown in on the bot's screens and the web page: Solar Hijri or Gregorian. Each choice shows today's date in it. The dates in your posts do not change. You first choose it when you join: it starts as Solar Hijri if you picked Iran, and Gregorian anywhere else.

Tap a language to see its channels:

  • ✖ Remove this language — no more posts are written in it. The bot asks whether its channels are disconnected too, or stay connected for later. The only language cannot be removed.
  • A calendar — shows dates in this calendar on the bot's screens and the web page. The dates in your posts do not change.
  • ➕ A new language — adds this language. From the next batch, every post is also written in it.
  • ✅ One of your languages — opens that language, to see its channels or remove it.
  • A bot language — the bot speaks to you in this language from now on: menus, cards, notices and the web page. Your posts keep their own languages.

🏷 Brand

How your posts sound, and what they cover.

  • Warm, Formal or Playful — the tone of every post. Tap one, and the next drafts use it.
  • ✏️ Subjects — the fields your channel covers. Pick a field, tap what applies, then ✅ Done. The bot writes within these subjects.
  • ✏️ About the channel — two or three sentences about the channel and who it is for. The bot uses them to write in your voice.
  • ➕ Another field — adds one more field to what you cover.
  • ✅ Done — keeps the fields you picked.
  • A field — opens that field's subjects. Tap the ones your channel covers.
  • ✅ / ⬜ A subject — adds this subject to what your channel covers, or takes it off.
  • 🌍 Country — the one country your channel reports on, if it reports on one. Posts about that country's own news then go out without its flag. Another country's flag still shows.
  • 🌍 Several countries — your channel reports on more than one country, so any flag may be used.
  • ✏️ Another country — type the country's name, in any language.
  • A country — your channel reports on this country only; its flag is left off posts about its own news.
  • Beside the name, Empty line first or Dot first — how your Instagram captions begin. Instagram prints your account name in front of the first line, so a long first sentence breaks across two lines. With an empty line or a dot first, the first sentence starts on its own line; a dot or an empty line you typed yourself is not doubled. Only Instagram: other platforms show your words as written.

How your Instagram posts and stories look. By default your cards take your brand's main colours from your logo. With no logo, the bot takes your Telegram or Instagram channel's picture as one, and until there is any picture your cards use a neutral slate palette.

  • 🖼 Post style, 📱 Story style — choose how posts or stories look. Each shows its look now and, when your tier counts them, the design tries left this month.
  • ✨ Design it with me — describe a look and pick from samples, in up to two rounds. In the last round, pick one of the six to finish. Each round is one design try.
  • 🎨 From a sample picture — send a picture whose colours you like and pick from three samples made from its colours. Write what to change for a second round. Each round is one design try.
  • 📤 Use my own picture — your picture becomes the background. Landscape suits posts, and portrait suits stories.
  • ↩️ Back to the default — the default look again, in your brand's colours, or the neutral palette while there are none.
  • 🏷 Upload logo — your logo on every post and story, whole, its colours your cards' default. Before saving you see it on three grounds, with tips.
  • 💾 Save this logo — saves the logo you see, with your chosen background, and shows a post with it.
  • Keep its background, 🪄 Transparent background, 🪄 Inside the letters too — keep the background, or make it transparent round the logo, or inside its letters too.
  • Keep it transparent, ⬜ On a white background, ⬛ On a dark background — a logo with no background stays so, or sits on a white or dark one.
  • 🔁 Send another — asks for another picture; nothing is saved.
  • ✏️ Edit this logo — opens your saved logo with the same background choices.
  • 🔁 Try again with changes — three new samples from what you say is wrong with these.
  • A numbered sample — uses that look from now on.

Your tier decides what is offered: every tier has your brand's colours, your logo and the default; Publisher adds your own picture; Smart adds Design it with me, with 4 design tries a month; Pro adds From a sample picture, with 12 tries.
A shop's post is a card of its own: the whole product picture in the frame, never cropped, with the product's own facts on a dark fade at the bottom.

  • 🧾 What the card shows — puts each line below on the card or takes it off; posts and stories have a list each.
  • 🏷 How a sale is marked — a product with an old price is on sale, and its old price is struck through on the card. Choose what else shows: a discount badge, the price big in a corner tag, the discount over the name, or nothing.
  • ✅ / ⬜ A sale mark — uses that mark on every product of yours that is on sale.
  • Logo, Product name, Price, Colours, as dots, Brand, In stock, Sizes and properties, Ordering line, Your account name, Logo and name on the other pictures, Pointer to your profile — one tap puts that line on the card or takes it off. Off, the later pictures go out bare; the last is a story's line to the post. A card never prints the stock count, only that a few are left.
  • 📍 Logo position — where your logo sits on your posts, stories and videos: a corner you choose, or Automatic, the place it has always had.
  • ✅ / ⬜ A corner — that corner from the next picture on, with a sample post. A story with no picture keeps it at the top, on that side.
  • Logo on videos — on by default: your logo on your videos too, in the same corner and size, moved aside where the clip has captions.
  • 📏 Logo size — your logo on posts and stories is Small, Medium (the default) or Large.
  • ✅ / ⬜ A size — that size from the next picture on, with a sample post.
  • 🏷 Logo on, The first one only, Every picture and video — on a post of several items, the logo on its cover alone or on every one.

📥 Drafts inbox

Where drafts arrive for review.

  • 💬 In the bot chat — drafts arrive in your chat with the bot. It suits one or two channels.
  • 📕 A private channel — drafts arrive in a private channel of your own. It suits a brand with more channels, or a team that reviews together. Create the channel in Telegram, then tap ➕ Add me to the channel, pick it and confirm: the rights the bot needs are already ticked, and the drafts move there at once. You can also forward any post from the channel, or send its id. A public channel is refused: anyone could read the drafts there.
  • 👥 Team — the people who work your drafts. They share them in Telegram when the drafts are in a private channel; while they come to this chat, people you add use the web app, and moving the drafts to a channel invites them all. The roles: an Admin may do everything, publishing included; an Editor edits, changes pictures, drops and reviews, but never publishes; a Viewer reads the drafts and presses nothing. The same people and roles are on the web's Team card. The bot needs the rights to add members and add new admins there; 🔑 Give me these rights asks for them in one tap.
  • ➕ Add a member — choose 👑 Admin: publishes too, ✏️ Editor: never publishes or 👁 Viewer: reads, never presses, then 👤 Pick from contacts one or more people, or send an @username or Telegram id. Someone who has pressed Start on your bot gets their link from it; for anyone else, send it with the button under their name. Each link is for that person alone, for 7 days: they are let in with the role at once, and anyone else who taps it is turned away before seeing a draft.
  • 👑 Admin: publishes too, ✏️ Editor: never publishes, 👁 Viewer: reads, never presses — the role the people you pick next get, or the role a person asking to join is let in with.
  • 🔗 Team link — one link for the whole team, to share anywhere. Whoever taps it asks to join: people you added get in with their role at once, and you are asked about anyone else, as 👑 Admin: publishes too, ✏️ Editor: never publishes, 👁 Viewer: reads, never presses or ✖ Decline. ♻️ New link makes a new one and stops the old.
  • ⬆️ Make Admin, ⬇️ Make Editor, 👁 Make Viewer — change a member's role. 🗑 Remove from the team, then 🗑 Yes, remove, takes their role away and them out of the channel.
  • 📤 Send the invite — opens Telegram's share sheet with the link: pick the person and send it. Someone you invited who presses Start on your bot gets the link from the bot itself.
  • ✖ Cancel this invite — an invite nobody has used yet stops working.
  • 👑 Owners — everyone who owns the brand. Every owner has exactly the same rights: the whole menu, the team, pausing, the subscription, and adding or removing owners. Admins come next, with everything else; an editor or a viewer works the drafts in the channel and the rest on the web. How many co-owners a brand may have depends on its plan.
  • ➕ Add an owner — pick someone on the team; 👑 Yes, make owner confirms.
  • ✍️ Type a @username — someone not on the team: their @username or Telegram id. They must have pressed Start in the bot once.
  • 🗑 Remove as owner, then 🗑 Yes, remove — they stay on the team as Admin. A brand always keeps one owner.
  • 📋 Put a menu button in the drafts channel — pins a 📋 Open the menu button there: it opens this brand's menu in each person's own chat with the bot, as far as their role allows.

Either way, your settings stay in the bot chat and on the web.

🔔 Alerts

Where warnings go: when drafts could not be made, or a connection is about to expire.

  • 🔔 Keep them here — alerts arrive in this chat, next to your drafts.
  • To keep alerts apart from your drafts, send /alerts and follow its steps for a private channel.

💬 Replies

What the brand says back under its own posts: comments on Telegram (the channel's discussion group) and on Instagram, and replies to Instagram stories. Every comment gets a suggested reply written from your catalogue, your brand and your Answers. The first reply a person gets each day starts with a greeting (Hi), and again on another day.

  • 💬 Comments — how comments are answered. Off: nothing. I approve each reply: every comment arrives here as a card with a suggested reply and ✅ Send, ✏️ Edit, 🙈 Hide and ⏭ Skip. AI answers the safe ones: a thank-you, or a question your Answers cover, is answered by itself after a short pause; money, complaints and anything unknown still come to you.
  • 🕘 Hours — when the AI may answer by itself, in your timezone. Outside them the reply waits for the morning.
  • 🚦 Per hour — how many automatic replies an hour, at most.
  • 🚫 Blocked — a comment with one of them is hidden at once, in every mode. On Telegram a hidden comment is deleted.
  • 🔗 Links — a stranger's link in a comment is hidden at once.
  • 📚 Answers — your own questions and answers, on a page of their own.
  • 📩 Comment to DM — someone comments a word you chose and gets your message privately. Instagram only.
  • 🔌 Comment sources — for a Telegram channel, make the bot an administrator of the channel's discussion group; it notices by itself. For Instagram, tap 🔔 Subscribe Instagram once the account is connected.
  • 🙈 Hidden — the last hidden comments; an Instagram one can be shown again.
  • 📩 Direct messages — what the shop answers when someone writes to it on Instagram: price, stock, sizes and colours from your catalogue, and your Answers. Someone who wants to order gets your ordering line and you get a card; someone who asks for a person gets you. Same three modes as comments. 🧊 Welcome questions Instagram sets the questions a stranger sees before writing.
  • Off — no replies at all; comments stay as they are.
  • ➕ Add a word — a word that hides a comment at once, in every mode.
  • ✏️ Set the word and the message — the word a customer writes to get your message in a direct message, and that message.
  • ⛔ Turn off — stops the direct-message word; comments are answered as before.
  • ✅ / ⬜ A mode — sets how comments or messages are answered: you approve each reply, or the AI answers the safe ones itself.
  • 🗑 A word — deletes that blocked word. Comments with it are no longer hidden.
  • 🗑 Yes, delete — deletes it for good. ✖ Cancel keeps it.

Answering from your Answers needs no AI and is in every subscription, Free too. Where your subscription has no AI, the automatic mode is «My Answers go out by themselves»: only a question one of your Answers covers is answered by itself. Every other comment and message arrives with ✏️ Reply as me, and what you type is sent as it is. The rules above still hide what they hide.

📚 Answers: {n}

Your own questions and the answer each one gets. One answer can have up to 10 questions: the different ways customers ask the same thing. A comment or message like any of them gets that answer, with no AI, in every subscription.

  • 📚 Answers — the list. Tap an answer to open it.
  • ➕ Add an answer — one or more questions, one per line, then the answer. If the question looks like an answer you already have, the bot offers to add it there or to make a new answer.
  • ✏️ An answer — opens it: its text and its questions.
  • ➕ Add questions — more ways of asking, one per line. A question this answer already answers is not added twice. One that looks like another answer's question asks first: ➕ Add anyway.
  • ✏️ Answer text — changes the reply. The bot shows the text now, to copy.
  • ✏️ A question — changes that question.
  • 🗑 Remove a question — removes that question, after 🗑 Yes, delete. The last question stays: delete the answer instead.
  • 💡 From suggestions — suggested questions close to this answer. A tap adds one.
  • 🗑 Delete the whole answer — deletes it with all its questions, after 🗑 Yes, delete.
  • 🗑 Delete an answer — deletes that answer with all its questions, from the list, after 🗑 Yes, delete.
  • 💡 Suggested questions — common shop questions, and the ones your customers asked that no answer covers yet (🗨).
  • ➕ A suggested question — adds it to an answer you have, or as a new answer.
  • 🔗 Add to an answer — puts the question on that answer, as one more way of asking.
  • 🆕 New answer — makes a new answer for the question.
  • ↩️ Keep it as it is — keeps the suggested question's words.
  • 🗑 Yes, delete — deletes it for good. ✖ Cancel keeps it.

On a comment's card, after you send one of the closest answers with 📚 A, B or C, the button that adds the comment's words to that answer's questions makes the next comment like it go by itself.

🖥 Web page

Most of what the bot does, on one page in your browser: today's drafts, your content, the plan and these settings. ✍️ Post is there too: write a post and send it to your drafts now, or pick one of your next posting days. What is planned is listed under the drafts, and you can delete it there. Tap 🖥 Web page, then Open. The link works once and keeps you signed in on that device for 30 days; ask for a new one any time. Videos bigger than 20 MB are uploaded there. Each draft there has 📡 Where it goes: the same platform switches as the draft's 📡 row in the bot. Every list there with more than a few rows has a search box that finds a row by any of its words. The choices beside it, such as a product's stock, brand, colour or size, a source's type or a person's role, narrow the list further.

⏸ Pause posting

No new drafts are made until you tap ▶ Resume posting. Your products, settings and channels stay as they are.

  • 💳 Subscription — the plan you are on, every plan with its monthly price, and a request still waiting. On a plan's screen, 🤖 marks what the AI does for you; everything else works without AI.
  • ✅ / ⬜ A plan — shows what that plan adds and what it takes away.
  • ✅ Ask for a plan — sends the request to FeedPilot. A bigger plan comes with how to pay, and starts once the payment arrives. A smaller one starts on the first day of next month. Nothing changes until FeedPilot approves it.
  • ✖ Take my request back — withdraws a request that is still waiting.

📮 Feedback

Tell us what works and what does not — a fault, an idea, a question, or something you like. You tap your way to it, so most feedback needs no typing at all.

  • 📮 Feedback — first what kind it is, then the area, then the exact thing.
  • ✅ Send — sends it to us. Before that you may write a few words in your own language, and any picture you send while it is open is attached to it.
  • 🖼 How to send a screenshot — what to send, and how, on one card.
  • 🗂 What I sent — everything you have sent and where it stands: new, being looked at, done, or not planned. Our answer is under the one it answers, and 📨 marks it in the list.

Now and then we ask one short question with a row of numbers. Tap a number, and add a line with 💬 Add a word if you would like to.
Sometimes we send a few questions in a row instead. Tap ▶ Start and answer one at a time, with a number, an option or a few words; tick every option that fits and tap ▶ Next where you may choose more than one. Skip passes any question.

  • ✅ Send — sends what you wrote to us.
  • 🖼 How to send a screenshot — shows how to attach a picture of the screen to your message.

➕ New brand

A second, separate channel with its own subjects, sources and schedule. The bot asks for its languages and its name. You connect its platforms separately, and switch between your brands with /menu.

When something goes wrong

  • No drafts came today. Open 📊 Today to see when the next drafts are due. Check that posting is not paused and that today is one of your 📅 Days. You can always tap ▶ Make today's drafts now.
  • A post did not reach Instagram. The note that appears after you tap 📤 Publish names the platform that failed. Most often the Instagram login has expired: connect Instagram again in ⚙️ Settings → 🔗 Platforms.
  • The web page says the link has expired. Ask the bot for a new one: ⚙️ Settings → 🖥 Web page.
  • A video is too big. The bot takes videos up to 20 MB. Upload bigger ones on the web page.
  • You want everything to stop. Tap ⏸ Pause posting in ⚙️ Settings. Nothing is made or published until you resume.
  • The bot keeps making the same mistake. Add the right wording to 📖 Glossary, and every post will use it.
